The spine & extremities are darkened & the leather of the spine is dried out & cracking. There are 3 tiny holes in the front joint. xxviii & pages-227; and xxviii & pages -364. The edges of the pastedowns, endpapers, flyleaf & rear blank are darkened with an owner's ink name & date on the front endpaper. There is staining & foxing to the fore-edge, prelims & the last few leaves of the 2nd index, with occasional foxing & staining in the text. There are some light stains to the top edge. Good.
