The spine & extremities are darkened & the joints are rubbed. The leather of the spine is dried out & cracking & there are remnants of a paper label near the tail. [iv], xxix & pages -374; and xv & pages -297. There is an owner's ink name & date on the front endpaper. There is occasional foxing & staining, especially to the prelims & rear blanks, with a very few markings & notations in the text. Very good.
